My name is Karen Lane I have been dancing since I was four years old.
When I was fifteen I joined The North-West Formation Team in Manchester.
We won many titles including the All England Championship, and we were part of the British team.
At Seventeen I trained at The Northern Ballet School and later became a Bluebell
Girl travelling to many European countries as well as working on cruise ships as a dancer.
I have now been teaching dancing for twenty years in many styles of dance.
Choreographed for other Academies in Britain and Abroad.
In February 2007 I was appointed as an Examiner with the U.K.A. Dance
Association, which is a great privilege and I am enjoying meeting so many people.
Also in my career I have worked with Peter O’Toole, Joanna Lumley, and the late Frankie Howard, to name but a few.
